Tasting Note
Deep purple Malbec with blackberry, blue‑fruit and red‑cherry notes, mountain herbs, violet florals and graphite. Chalky minerality, savory spice and firm, fine tannins lead to a long, saline finish.

Western: asado/grilled steak, roasted lamb, beef stew, mushroom ragout. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Sichuan beef, char siu, ramen with braised short rib.

Production Method
Whole‑cluster fermentation and native yeasts in concrete eggs; aged in concrete (no new oak) to highlight site expression.
