Tasting Note
Deep ruby with violet hues; aromas of blackberry, cherry, plum, violets and wild herbs. Juicy, mineral-driven palate with lively acidity, fine chalky tannins and concentrated fruit leading to a long, saline finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented with native yeasts in concrete vats, 20–25 day maceration; aged ~12 months in concrete and French oak (some new); bottled unfiltered.
