Tasting Note

Deep ruby with violet hues. Aromas of blackberry, cherry and plum with herbal and violet notes. Juicy, lively acidity, chalky mineral texture, elegant fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.

Gravity-fed fruit; fermentation in concrete vats with native yeasts; 20–25 day maceration; aged in used 500L barrels and concrete tanks; bottled unfiltered.
