Tasting Note
Deep ruby with violet hues. Aromas of blackberry, cherry and plum with herbal and violet notes. Juicy, lively acidity, chalky mineral texture, elegant fine-grained tannins and a long, savory finish.

Western: grilled ribeye/asado, roasted lamb, mushroom risotto, aged Manchego or hard cheeses. Asian: Korean bulgogi or galbi, Chinese char siu or Sichuan beef, Japanese teriyaki beef or yakitori (tare), spicy grilled pork.

Production Method
Gravity-fed fruit; fermentation in concrete vats with native yeasts; 20–25 day maceration; aged in used 500L barrels and concrete tanks; bottled unfiltered.

Familia Zuccardi, founded 1963; Sebastián Zuccardi led terroir research in Uco Valley, producing site-focused Aluvional Malbecs from high‑altitude, calcareous alluvial soils.
