Food Pairing
Western: linguine with morels, lemon risotto with squid, roast pork or citrus‑sauce fillet steak. Asian: spicy Thai seafood, Vietnamese grilled fish, sushi/sashimi, Sichuan‑style dishes balancing heat and acidity.
