Tasting Note
Dry Alsace Pinot Gris with ripe yellow apple, melon and citrus peel, subtle smoke/lees, pronounced limestone minerality, bright acidity, medium body and a long saline finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; hand-harvested grapes; fermented dry (stainless tanks / large neutral oak), extended lees contact and minimal intervention before bottling.

Domaine Zind-Humbrecht (founded 1959), led by Olivier Humbrecht MW; biodynamic since the late 1990s. Roche Calcaire bottlings mainly come from Clos Windsbuhl (vines planted early 1990s).
