Tasting Note
Pale yellow; tight citrus and pear with light smoky/lees notes that open with aeration. Pronounced limestone minerality, bright acidity and a firm, elegant, lively finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic, hand-harvested; cool, often extended fermentations (can exceed 12 months), malolactic completed; aged ~12 months on fine lees in large oak foudres, minimal intervention.
