Tasting Note

Dry, medium‑full Pinot Gris with honeyed stone fruit, toasted floral notes, citrus and pink‑grapefruit. Silky, ample palate with saline minerality, subtle toast and elegant acidity, finishing long and chalky.


Food Pairing

Western: foie gras, roast pork, poultry in cream sauces, aged goat or sheep cheese. Asian: Thai coconut curry, spicy Szechuan dishes, miso‑glazed fish, Korean BBQ. (Decant briefly for fullest expression.)


Production Method

Biodynamically farmed grapes; early harvest for a dry style; partial malolactic fermentation; 12–14 months in large old oak foudres. Residual sugar ~7 g/L.

Clos Jebsal (1.3 ha) on steep, south‑facing gypsum‑rich Keuper marls near the Brand Grand Cru; reunified and replanted by the Humbrecht family in the 1980s.
