Tasting Note

Dense pale-gold Gewurztraminer: lychee, rose petal, peach, citrus pith and warm spice. Silky, concentrated texture with bright ripe acidity, subtle bitter pith and a long, dry, savory finish.


Food Pairing

Western: roasted pork belly, glazed ham, rich poultry (duck confit), aged cheeses, foie gras. Asian: spicy Thai curries, Szechuan dishes, tandoori or rich Indian curries, lemongrass‑marinated prawns.


Production Method

Certified organic/biodynamic; hand-harvested fruit, native-yeast fermentation, malolactic completed; aged in large oak foudres (≈12 months); minimal cellar intervention.
