Tasting Note
Bright straw-yellow with fine persistent bubbles. Aromas of white flowers, apple, pear and citrus; palate is sapid, round and fresh with stone-fruit and light mineral notes, creamy mousse and a clean, persistent finish.

Production Method
100% Glera; hand-harvested from Valdobbiadene hills. Secondary fermentation in autoclaves (Charmat/Martinotti) ~40 days, stainless-steel tank aging; bottled Extra Dry (approx. 12–16 g/L RS).
