Tasting Note
Aromatic Viognier with apricot, peach, quince, citrus and floral notes (violet, honeysuckle), honey and gentle spice. Creamy, medium-full palate with a mineral spine, lively acidity and a subtle phenolic bitterness on the finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Viognier from muscovite-rich granite terraces; native-yeast fermentation in French oak barriques and large casks; malolactic in barrel; aged ~9 months on lees with regular stirring, minimal racking.
