Tasting Note
Bright orchard fruits (pear, green apple, white peach), citrus zest, malted barley, honey and vanilla, faint coastal/briny note, light spice and white pepper; medium-full, creamy mouthfeel, malty finish.

Production Method
Single malt from unpeated malt distilled at Yoichi in pot stills (coal-direct fire style influence), matured in oak casks, non-chill-filtered and bottled at 47% ABV.
