Tasting Note
Bright crimson with exotic florals, crushed violets, blackberry and mulberry, aniseed spice. Juicy, fleshy palate, fine-grained tannins and a charry, persistent finish.

Production Method
Whole-berry fermentation, gentle hand plunging twice daily; components matured ~9 months in old/neutral French oak barriques before blending and bottling.
