Tasting Note

Cool-climate Merlot: raspberries and blackcurrant, cocoa, woodsy spice and a hint of green cardamom; plush, medium–full palate with bright vibrancy and fine oak influence.

Production Method

Hand‑harvested, berry-sorted; small open/half-tonne fermenters with some whole-berry fermentation; matured ~12–15 months in French oak barrels.
