Tasting Note
Perfumed cabernet with cassis, mulberry and dark plum, violet florals, nettle/herb lift, clove and mocha spice, fresh leather and balanced, fine-grained tannins to a medium-long finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested; destemmed/crushed into 0.5-ton open fermenters, hand-plunged; some whole-bunch; basket-pressed; malolactic fermentation and 15–18 months in French Bordeaux-shaped barrels (≈15% new oak).
