Tasting Note

Bright ruby with concentrated red fruits (raspberry, redcurrant), rose-like florals, sweet spice and subtle undergrowth; balsamic/prune nuances, silky tannins, mineral saline finish and long elegant length.

Western: roast duck, roast poultry, pork tenderloin, mushroom risotto, mushroom/aged-cheese dishes. Asian: Peking duck, char siu, miso-glazed salmon, mushroom ramen, teriyaki chicken.
