Tasting Note
Bright cherry and raspberry, rose petal, forest-floor and mushroom notes, subtle spice, lively acidity, silky texture and light–medium body with a mineral, persistent finish.

Production Method
Biodynamic viticulture; spontaneous (native) fermentation, ~1 month maceration in cuve and élevage ~24 months in small pièces; minimal SO2.
