Tasting Note
Bright ruby Pinot Noir: red cherry, raspberry, wild strawberry, rose and gentle undergrowth. Silky texture, lively acidity, light spice and minerality, expressive but refined finish with lingering floral and crushed berry notes.

Food Pairing
Roast duck, coq au vin, mushroom risotto, pork tenderloin; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, grilled salmon with teriyaki, shiitake and soy braised dishes.

Production Method
Biodynamically farmed, hand-harvested. Natural vinification with native yeasts, minimal/no added SO2, bottled without fining or filtration; short élevage in vats/neutral oak. Small-batch production.
