Tasting Note

Dense, concentrated Shiraz with a meaty‑savory edge: deep plum and black cherry, fragrant dark spice, olive and leather notes, defined tannins and a long, flavorsome finish.

Food Pairing

Roast lamb, grilled steak, braised beef, mushroom risotto; aged cheddar and other hard cheeses; Korean BBQ, char siu, spicy Szechuan or Malaysian dishes.

Production Method

Estate-grown biodynamic fruit from Yangarra; hand-harvested, fermented with minimal intervention (open ferments/wild yeasts typical), matured in French oak barrels/puncheons, light filtration.

Vineyard Info
