Tasting Note
Mid-straw with bronze tints. Savoury aromas of wheat, hessian, nuts and hay; flavours of white peach, apricot kernel, honey and almond. Mid-weight with phenolic grip and bright acidity, delivering a textured, savoury, long finish.

Food Pairing
Roast chicken, creamy polenta, pork belly, grilled seafood (prawns, scallops), miso-glazed cod, tandoori or spiced lamb, Thai green curry, vegetable tempura, dishes with nutty or buttery sauces.

Production Method
Hand-picked; basket-pressed (only first 60% juice used); wild-yeast fermentation in French oak puncheons (25% new) and barriques; matured 7 months on lees with monthly stirring; minimal intervention, filtered, unfined.

Yangarra Estate Vineyard, Blewitt Springs (McLaren Vale). Certified organic/biodynamic single‑vineyard; Block 6 supplies the Roux Beauté Roussanne from older plantings. Estate focused on Rhône varieties and low-intervention viticulture.
