Tasting Note

Perfumed and elegant: bright red cherry and raspberry, wild strawberry, baking spice and subtle earthiness. Silky texture with fine, gripping tannins and fresh acidity, finishing long and savoury.

Production Method

Dry‑grown 1946 bush vines; hand‑picked, 50% whole berries, wild‑yeast open fermentation, gentle pump‑overs, variable extended maceration; matured in older French/Austrian puncheons, foudre, amphora and ceramic; no pressings. Certified organic/biodynamic.
