Tasting Note
Perfumed red-fruit (raspberry, cranberry) with violet florals, light spice and bright acidity. Silky texture, low-medium tannins and a fresh, lively finish (medium length).

Production Method
Each variety fermented separately; destemmed and sorted, ~50% whole berries, open fermenters, 14–18 days on skins, wild yeast ferment, matured in older French oak for ~7 months, bottled Dec 2021.
