Perfumed red berries, rose petal and pomegranate with warm clove/white spice, saline minerality, fine gritty tannins and a long, precise finish.

Roast duck with cherries, lamb shoulder, charcuterie and aged cheeses; kangaroo tartare, Peking duck, char siu or grilled pork belly with hoisin, spicy Sichuan-style dishes, miso-glazed aubergine.
Production Method
Hand-picked, mechanically sorted. 100% destemmed with 50% whole berries; cold soak; open fermenters with wild (indigenous) yeast; no pressings; 11 months in older French oak; unfined.

Sourced from Block 31 (High Sands) — 1946-planted bush vines on deep sandy soils at ~210m elevation. Yangarra Estate is biodynamic/organic, known for premium old-vine Grenache.
