Tasting Note
Bright dark raspberry and plum with liquorice, dried herbs, struck iron and peppery spice. Full-bodied, savory and concentrated with supple ripe tannins and a long, savory finish.
Food Pairing
Western: grilled lamb, roast beef, charcuterie, stews. Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi/galbi), spicy Sichuan beef, char siu pork, yakitori or teriyaki chicken.
Production Method
Each variety vinified separately; destemmed with ~50% whole berries, wild yeast ferment, gentle pump-overs (min 14 days), extended maceration for some Grenache; matured 11 months in old French puncheons, foudre, ceramic eggs and amphora.

Yangarra is a single‑vineyard estate in McLaren Vale, organically farmed and biodynamic since 2008. Founded c.2001, led by winemaker Peter Fraser and owned by Jackson Family Wines.
