Perfumed red-fruit core of raspberry and cherry with aniseed, dried herbs and floral notes; savory, stony underbrush and firm, grainy tannins carry a long, bright finish.

From unirrigated 1946 bush vines; hand‑picked, 50% whole berries, wild‑yeast open fermentation, basket pressed; matured in older French/Austrian puncheons, foudre, ceramic eggs and amphora; certified organic/biodynamic.
