Tasting Note
Aromas of blackberry, plum, crushed strawberry, violet, black licorice and graphite. Bright, nimble palate with spice, mineral lift and fine chalky tannins; medium–full body and a long, linear finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, aged hard cheeses. Asian: Tibetan yak or roasted mutton, Sichuan hotpot, Peking duck, char siu.
Production Method
Hand-harvested; fermented in traditional Chinese clay jars (240–400L); aged ~22 months in French oak (≈23% new).
Vineyard Info
Xiaoling (霄岭) estate in Cizhong works with local Tibetan growers on high‑altitude plots (2,000–2,400m). Founded mid‑2010s; Burgundian consultant Sylvain Pitiot advises the project.
