Medium-bodied Pommard with dense blackberry and plum, minty and floral (iris), grainy dusty tannins, firm acidity and saline, earthy mineral notes; structured with a lingering savory finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir; usually destemmed (up to 20% whole clusters in warm years); native-yeast fermentation after cold maceration; aged 12–14 months in French oak barrels (~25% new).
