Tasting Note

Plush cassis and blackberry with bay leaf and herbal lift; mocha/espresso and roasted chestnut from French oak; fine-grained yet vigorous tannins, textured mid-palate and a long graphite/inky finish.

Western: grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, braised oxtail. Asian: Korean BBQ (galbi), Cantonese char siu, Sichuan peppercorn beef, Malaysian rendang.


Production Method
