Tasting Note
Deep black-cherry and blueberry core with cassis, dark chocolate and subtle menthol/minty notes. Medium–full body, fine glossy tannins and integrated oak, juicy fruit and a long mineral-tinged finish.

Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef short ribs, venison; aged cheddar or mushroom ragù. Asian: char siu or Cantonese roast pork, Korean BBQ beef, Sichuan pepper beef, Malaysian beef rendang.
Production Method
Hand-picked, optically sorted Cabernet blocks; fermented in open stainless steel tanks, pressed after ~12–15 days and matured in French oak hogsheads/barriques (new and seasoned) for c.16–18 months.
