Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry with violet florals, cedar, graphite, tobacco, dark chocolate and liquorice. Plush mid-palate, fine graphite tannins and a long, mineral finish.

Production Method
Top ~1% of estate Cabernet from older vine blocks; crushed and fermented (c.5–8 days), pressed at dryness and matured 15–26 months in new and one‑year French oak hogsheads/barriques.
