Tasting Note
Crisp citrus and orchard fruit (lime, lemon, white peach) with chalky limestone minerality, saline/sea-spray notes, white pepper/dry spice and pinpoint, racy acidity leading to a long, stony finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit from Kirchspiel; biodynamic viticulture, spontaneous fermentation and ~10 months élevage on fine lees in large neutral oak fuders.
