Aromatic off-dry Pinot Gris: white peach, quince and Beurre Bosc pear with honeysuckle and warm spice. Juicy, succulent palate, vibrant acidity and a refreshing finish.

Roast pork, grilled salmon, creamy pasta, goat or washed-rind cheeses; Asian: miso-glazed salmon, Thai green curry, Vietnamese spring rolls, sushi and light dim sum.
Production Method
Hand-harvested fruit, cool-pressed and cool-fermented (stainless steel); made as an off-dry, fruit-driven wine with minimal oak influence.
