Tasting Note
Deep purple red with bright raspberry, blackberry and dark cherry, herbal spice and mineral notes. Velvety, elegant tannins, good freshness and a long, spicy finish.

Food Pairing
Roast lamb, grilled ribeye, aged cheeses (Manchego); Portuguese sausages and stews; Asian pairings: Peking duck, char siu, Korean bulgogi, spicy Sichuan beef, yakitori.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, de-stemmed; grapes foot-trodden 12 hours in stone lagares, fermented in stainless steel for ~8 days, aged ~16 months in neutral French oak.
