Tasting Note
Aromatic jasmine and honeysuckle with quince, yellow apple and pear; acid-driven palate of zippy lemon, green herbs and pear-skin texture leading to a clean, unoaked finish.

Dungeness crab, oysters, grilled prawns, roast chicken, lemon-herb pasta; sushi, sashimi, miso-glazed fish, light Asian seafood dishes, green salads.

Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel and aged sur lie with weekly batonnage (lees stirring); no oak influence.

Founded by Burt Williams and Ed Selyem from garage vintages in the early 1980s; based in Healdsburg and renowned for small-lot Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Majority interest acquired by Domaine Faiveley in 2024.
