Tasting Note
Aromas of warm caramel, citrus and vanilla. Luscious, creamy palate with ripe pear, baked apple and grilled peach, hints of baking spice and a lemon-zest finish that lifts the richness.

Roast chicken, creamy white‑sauce pasta, lobster or butter-poached shellfish; Asian: shrimp tempura, miso‑glazed cod, milder sushi/sashimi, chicken yakitori, Cantonese-style seafood dim sum.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed; barrel fermented in American oak (≈30% new); lots kept separate and underwent 100% malolactic fermentation before final blending.
