Tasting Note

Aromas of red and black cherry, raspberry, lavender, clove and toasted oak. Palate shows ripe red fruit, boysenberry, baking spices, firm acidity and a plush, long smooth finish.

Production Method

Cold-soaked fruit, fermented in stainless steel with controlled yeast; matured on French and American oak for added texture and spice before blending and bottling.
