Tasting Note
Aromas of plum, blackberry, black cherry, vanilla and toasty oak. Palate delivers black cherry, blueberry, chocolate and spice with supple tannins, fresh acidity and a juicy, plush finish.

Production Method
Grapes are destemmed with a short cold soak (~48 hours), fermented to extract ripe fruit character; only freerun juice selected and aged in oak barrels to add toast, vanilla and spice notes.
