Tasting Note
Ripe pear, apple and nectarine with honeydew, lemon zest and subtle tropical notes. Hints of vanilla, nutmeg and toast; creamy mouthfeel, bright acidity and medium body with a honeyed, lingering finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, grilled salmon, creamy pasta, pork chops, mushroom risotto. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, sushi (salmon/tuna), Thai coconut curry, char siu (roasted pork), tempura.

Production Method
Whole-cluster pressed; fermented in stainless steel and French oak with partial malolactic conversion and lees aging to build creamy texture.
