Ripe tree fruit (pear, apple, honeydew) with citrus and tropical hints, toasted vanilla oak, creamy buttered texture, crisp acidity and a long silky finish.

Production Method
Blend of stainless-steel and barrel fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation, sur lie aging with some lees stirring and light new-oak influence.
