Tasting Note
Ripe tree fruit (pear, apple, honeydew) with citrus and tropical hints, toasted vanilla oak, creamy buttered texture, crisp acidity and a long silky finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, creamy pasta, pork chops, grilled salmon. Asian: miso-glazed black cod, tempura, chicken katsu, creamy coconut curries (Thai), sushi with richer fish (salmon).

Production Method
Blend of stainless-steel and barrel fermentation, partial malolactic fermentation, sur lie aging with some lees stirring and light new-oak influence.
