Tasting Note
Buttery brioche and cooked apple with lemon zest, vanilla and toasted oak; medium–full body, creamy texture and bright, silky finish.

Food Pairing
Western: roast chicken, creamy pasta, lobster or grilled salmon. Asian: miso-glazed fish, tempura, mild Thai coconut curry, teriyaki salmon.

Production Method
Partial barrel fermentation with oak aging (some new oak) and malolactic fermentation for creaminess; blended from multiple California sources to balance freshness and richness.
