Tasting Note
Velvety and fruit-forward with black cherry, baked blackberry and dark plum, plus black pepper, toasted vanilla and dark chocolate; smooth, juicy palate and a dry, lingering finish.

Western: rosemary-grilled steak, roasted lamb, beef stew, hard cheeses (aged cheddar, gouda). Asian: Korean BBQ (bulgogi), Chinese char siu, Sichuan beef, beef teriyaki, grilled yakitori (dark-meat).
Production Method
Fruit destemmed and crushed; fermented in stainless steel (max ~90°F), underwent malolactic fermentation, then aged in oak barrels.
