Tasting Note
Dry, concentrated Riesling with citrus, yellow apple and apricot, confit citrus and beeswax notes over crushed-stone minerality; saline, tensioned profile with bright acidity and a long, precise finish.

Production Method
Late-harvest selection from up to 15–16 Grosse Lage parcels; hand-harvested, carefully sorted, fermented and matured with extended ageing on fine lees in large vessels and some barrel, bottled after prolonged cellaring.
