Tasting Note
Rich, full-bodied Reserve Port with ripe plum, black cherry and raspberry, backed by dark chocolate, licorice and baking spice; velvety texture and a long, mineral-tinged finish.

Food Pairing
Dark chocolate desserts, chocolate tart, blue cheese or aged cheddar, roasted nuts; Asian: Peking duck, char siu (BBQ pork), red-braised pork belly, sesame or black-sesame desserts.

Production Method
Non-vintage blend of Douro grapes; fermentation stopped by addition of grape spirit (fortification) and matured in oak casks as a Reserve (Ruby-style) Port.
