Tasting Note
Clear amber. Spicy, lifted almond and dark chocolate aromas; palate shows Turkish delight, rose-water, vanilla and dried-fig/raisin notes; creamy texture, elegant, long and relatively dry finish.

Food Pairing
Blue and washed-rind cheeses, aged cheddar, crème brûlée, almond tart, roasted nuts, dark chocolate; foie gras, duck confit, roasted pork; Asian: Peking duck, char siu, hoisin-glazed pork, mango sticky rice, red-bean desserts, sesame brittle.

Production Method
Colheita (single-harvest) tawny aged entirely in oak casks for ~22–23 years (harvest 1995), selected and bottled in 2018.
