Tasting Note
Bright tawny with caramel, toffee and dried orange peel, backed by toasted nuts, honey, black chocolate and tea leaf. Fresh acidity lifts a silky, medium-bodied palate with a long, warm, nutty finish.

Food Pairing
Western: blue cheese (Stilton), pecan pie, crème brûlée, dark chocolate, foie gras. Asian: mooncakes, Peking duck, hoisin‑glazed pork, red‑braised pork (hong shao rou), sesame desserts.

Production Method
Single‑vintage Colheita (harvest 1992), fermented and fortified with grape spirit, then aged in oak casks for ~30 years and bottled (April 2022).
