Tasting Note
Concentrated black fruits (blackberry, plum, cassis) with violet florals, liquorice, spice, dark chocolate and cedar; velvety texture, bright acidity and a long, warming finish.

Food Pairing
Stilton and other strong cheeses, dark chocolate and chocolate desserts, roasted or braised lamb, duck (including Peking duck), char siu/red‑braised pork, nutty desserts, dried fruits and almond pastries.

Production Method
Matured ~4 years in oak, bottled unfiltered and then aged further in bottle (Warre’s traditional bottle‑maturation), producing Vintage-like complexity.
