Perfumed red and black fruits, violet and floral notes, tobacco, sandalwood and pencil lead; vibrant acidity, silky ripe tannins, mineral backbone and a long, elegant finish.

Production Method
Hand-harvested, destemmed, fermented in stainless steel with controlled temps, malolactic fermentation, ~11–12 months in French oak barriques (c.20–25% new), small portion in concrete eggs/terracotta; fined with egg white.
