Tasting Note
Powerful, full-bodied Cabernet with concentrated blackcurrant, cassis, graphite, cedar and smoky oak; savory herbal and truffle notes. Firm, fine-grained tannins, bright acidity and a long mineral finish—develops with bottle age.
Food Pairing
Grilled ribeye, roast lamb, beef stew, mushroom ragù; Korean BBQ (galbi), soy‑braised short ribs, char siu, Peking duck; aged hard cheeses.
Production Method
Hand‑harvested Cabernet; fermented in stainless steel and concrete/troncoconic vats; aged ~22 months in French oak (majority new); malolactic conversion and gentle extraction.
Vineyard Info
15–16.5 ha Puente Alto estate planted from 1992 by the Chadwick/Errázuriz family. Gravelly alluvial soils, sustainable viticulture, tiny production aimed at ultra‑premium Cabernet.
Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days from the date payment is received.
