Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant and blackberry with graphite, cedar, menthol and Provençal herb notes. Powerful, polished tannins, silky texture and a long, savory, mineral finish.

Hand-harvested, fermented in small stainless-steel tanks, matured ~22 months in French oak (c.77% new), blended and bottle-aged before release.
