Tasting Note
Concentrated Cabernet with blackcurrant, dark cherry, cassis, mint, tobacco, subtle flowers and sweet spice; refined, layered tannins, lively acidity and a long, savory finish.

Production Method
Grapes fermented in stainless steel, concrete and tronconic vats; aged ~22 months (≈75% new French oak barriques, 25% Stockinger foudres) with malolactic in barrel.
