Tasting Note
Concentrated blackcurrant, sour cherry, violet and herbal notes with cedar and dark chocolate; silky fine tannins, fresh acidity and a very long, layered finish.

Production Method
Fermented in stainless steel and concrete vats; aged 22 months (≈80% new French oak barriques, 20% Stockinger foudres).
